Terms of Service

1. Engagement Overview

These Terms of Service govern all engineering proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and technical consulting agreements entered into with Aanza IT Services (“Aanza”). Specific project deliverables, milestone timelines, acceptance criteria, and financial schedules are documented in individual project Statements of Work executed between the parties.

2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

Aanza adheres to a clean, unambiguous intellectual property policy: The client owns 100% of all custom deliverables developed under a paid Statement of Work.

Upon receipt of milestone payments, Aanza transfers all right, title, and interest in and to:

• Custom software source code and Git repositories.
• Custom electronic circuit schematics, multi-layer PCB Gerber layouts, and BOM component files.
• PLC ladder logic, structured text routines, and HMI/SCADA project files.
• Custom fine-tuned machine learning weights, RAG pipeline scripts, and data transforms.

3. Milestone Acceptance & Testing Protocol

Each project phase includes an agreed Acceptance Testing Period (typically 10 business days). During this window, the client verifies that deliverables satisfy the agreed technical specifications (e.g., passing automated unit test suites, bench validation of electronic prototypes, or on-site PLC loop checks). Deliverables are deemed accepted upon written confirmation or successful completion of milestone test criteria.

4. Engineering Warranties & Defect Remedy

We stand behind our engineering rigor. All custom software, firmware, and PCB designs delivered by Aanza carry a standard 30-day post-acceptance warranty period during which Aanza will remedy any verifiable deviation from the agreed specification at no additional charge.
